This Membership Policy outlines how memberships work, what is included, how billing operates, and how you can manage or cancel your subscription.

All memberships offered are digital-only, granting access to online content, tools, updates, and developer resources. No physical products are included.

1. Membership Types

We offer multiple digital membership tiers that may include:

  • Early access to private builds or developer tools

  • Access to members-only posts, insights, or dev logs

  • Beta testing opportunities

  • Partner-level collaboration features

  • Additional digital resources or exclusive updates

Each membership tier has its own description page outlining what is included.
Benefits may change or evolve as new features are added.

2. Digital Access Only

All membership benefits are delivered digitally.
We do not offer or ship physical goods as part of any membership tier.

3. Billing & Renewals

Memberships operate on a recurring billing cycle, depending on the plan you select (monthly or yearly).

By purchasing a membership, you authorize us and our payment processors to automatically charge the membership fee on each renewal date until canceled.

Billing Date

Your billing date is the day you first subscribe.
All future charges will occur on the same calendar date unless otherwise stated.

4. Managing or Canceling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact@support.bromites.com.

How cancellation works:

  • Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • You will not be charged again after canceling.

  • Access to membership features automatically ends when the billing period expires.

We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

5. Refund Policy for Memberships

Because members gain instant digital access to exclusive content and tools, membership payments are non-refundable.

Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Accidental duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Access issues caused by a technical failure

All refund requests must be sent to contact@support.bromites.com and will be evaluated individually.

6. Changes to Membership Features

We may update, modify, or improve membership features over time.
Any significant changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.

Membership prices may change in the future.
If so, we will notify you in advance and provide an option to continue or cancel.

7. Member Conduct

Members agree not to:

  • Share login details or distribute paid member content

  • Redistribute private builds, tools, or files

  • Interfere with the Service or abuse access privileges

Violation of these rules may result in membership termination without refund.
