However, we may provide a refund in the following limited cases:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product

  • Incorrect product delivered (rare, but covered)

Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships and subscription-based access renew automatically unless canceled.

Refunds for Subscriptions

Because subscription content is delivered immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable.

We may offer a refund or credit only if:

  • You were charged after canceling

  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented access

  • A duplicate charge occurred

To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel before the renewal date.
